Helping to improve sales Managing team members Providing excellent customer service Operating registers and fuel equipment Tracking inventory and pricing Maintaining effective relationships with vendors Daily accounting and banking Staff scheduling As a Store Manager at Littlefield Express, you are not just managing a store, you are helping to lead a team.
As a team leader, you are expected to lead by example and demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability at all times.
You must be available to work a flexible schedule that might include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or other service type industry is preferred, but the right person with the right attitude and a willingness to learn can make all the difference.
