Providing quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments Preparing loan documents and managing the application process Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with our customers regarding their loan status Contacting customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments Partnering with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business This position may require occasional travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
