\nCiti Trends is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We're growing, so if you've ever wanted a chance to lead the way, this is it.\n?\nSUMMARY: Performs duties as assigned by the supervisor involving general building and ground maintenance, HVAC maintenance, conveyors, wiring and electrical repairs, plumbing and baler maintenance by performing the following duties:\n?\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nManages General Building & Grounds Maintenance\nManages and schedules HVAC Preventive Maintenance (scheduled filter change & belt replacement, etc)\nManages the installation & repair of conveyor system, baler, box erector\nSchedules PM tasks and any DC building repairs\nCertified equipment trainer and trains staff on all equipment\nSchedules and supervises staff (including custodian) and outside vendors\nSchedules repair or PM of material handling equipment (manual & electric pallet jacks, turret trucks, tape machines, hand trucks, utility carts, etc)\nSchedules simple carpentry tasks (repair & install drywall, painting, erecting small structures, office furniture assembly, etc)\nSchedules the installation, repairs and maintenance of lighting fixtures to include changing lighting ballasts\n\n?\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
